Mulawka, Somers, Holtvogt named SJHL Players of the Week

Two Melfort Mustangs and a Humboldt Bronco are among the SJHL Players of the Week.

Madden Mulawka of the Mustangs was named SGEU MVP of the Week after going undefeated last week.

Mulawka was 4-0 with a 0.98 goals-against-average and a .952 save percentage during that time.

Teammmate Zac Somers was named the Canterra Seeds Saskatchewan Player of the Week.

The Melfort product scored twice and added two assists in the two games he played last week.

The IKS Media Rookie of the Week was Brady Holtvogt of the Humboldt Broncos.

Holtvogt won his lone game last week, with a 1.00 goals-against-average and .966 save percentage in a win over Estevan.
