It was a golden performance for the Daniel Fiedelleck rink of Melfort at the Special Olympics Saskatchewan Winter Games in Regina.

Fiedelleck, Scot Earl, Garnet Gerski, Kyle Hartt and Rodney Mitchell earned gold at the games over the weekend.

Another rink from Melfort earned bronze.

That team features co-skips Oneida Michel and Hailie Kruger, along with Mitchell Moore and Sharon Kerr.

Meanwhile, Melfort bowlers were also successful at the games.
